Goal
The Mobile White‑Label Banking Project is a production-ready app designed for local and regional banks to launch under their own brand. It includes core banking features such as money transfers, wallet top-ups, and account access, all within a flexible UI framework that allows for fast customization.

Instead of building from scratch, partner banks can adopt this app with their own branding — including logo, colors, icons, and typography. This significantly reduces time-to-market while ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.

This is not just an MVP. It is a proven, scalable product built to handle real-world use across diverse clients.

My Role as UX Lead
As the sole UX designer, I led the entire design process from discovery to delivery. I worked cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business teams to ensure the app was scalable, customizable, and user-friendly.

Responsibilities included:

  • Conducting stakeholder interviews across different banks to gather use cases
  • Designing modular user flows that could be adapted for different brands
  • Leading usability tests with internal stakeholders and pilot banks
  • Building flexible UI components to support theming and rebranding
  • Creating detailed Figma handoff kits for development teams
  • Collaborating with engineers to ensure accessibility and consistency in implementation

This project highlights how UX leadership directly contributed to faster B2B scalability and successful go-to-market strategy.
